General Information

The church, now located at Calle Escultor Ribera Girona 67, invites visitors to explore its facilities and meet members of the congregation.

For fifteen years, Cornerstone shared space with a sister Spanish church, but the move to a new building just five minutes away marks a brand-new chapter and fresh start. The church hopes to use its central location to play a more active role in the community while providing a broader range of activities to suit all ages.

Cornerstone Church is a vibrant, Christ-centered community dedicated to engaging and transforming lives in Pilar de la Horadada. The vision is to bring God’s love and presence into every home, welcoming everyone to experience grace within a caring fellowship. Worship is a central focus—honouring, praising, and serving God both in church and daily life. Fellowship means praying for one another, offering care, and supporting each other as one body in Christ. Discipleship involves continual learning and living by the Word of God, helping every member grow in faith. Evangelism is about sharing the Good News with everyone, inviting the community into the church and extending outreach beyond its walls.

Cornerstone’s beliefs follow the Assemblies of God in Spain, rooted in the Bible as the inspired and infallible word of God. The church affirms the Trinity; the unique saving work of Jesus Christ; the free, integral salvation of body, soul, and spirit; and the vital necessity of repentance and faith. Members believe in water baptism, the Lord’s Supper, the priesthood of all believers, prayer in Jesus’ name, and the empowerment of the Holy Spirit, shown by spiritual gifts. The church anticipates Christ’s return, the resurrection of the dead, and values marriage as a union between man and woman according to God’s design.
